Minim Healthcare Ltd. is a dynamic and rapidly growing medical devices supplier. Our customers are hospitals in both the NHS and the private sector. We work closely with specialist surgeons to provide innovative, useful and essential instruments, implants and ancillaries for routine and life-saving operations in the fields of neurosurgery, ENT, keyhole surgery and general surgery.
As a result of our expansion in the last few years our company has become much busier on all fronts and we need to expand our Finance & Operations team, therefore we have an opening for the role of Finance & Operations Assistant.
This person will work closely with our Finance and Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of the finance functions of the business. Although the main focus will be on the financial aspects, this person will also be involved across other areas of the organisation, including carrying out operational, regulatory and quality tasks.
Tasks would include, but are not limited to:
- Credit control/Customer receipts entry
- Credit cards and expenses entry
- Supplier invoice entry/Raising supplier payments
- Admin assistance for ISO 9001 quality management
We are looking for someone with a professional approach who is hard working and has attention to detail. The role would suit someone with existing business environment experience, for example an accounts/finance assistant or office administrator.
3 to 4 days per week - 9am-5pm (flexible for the right candidate)
Office based in Central Newbury - RG14 with onsite parking
Competitive salary, contributory pension scheme
25 days per year (pro-rata) plus bank holidays
